The supplies that you will need are scissors, narrow and wide ribbons, ruler and glue. When you have already gathered the necessary supplies, you are now set to make one. When you have decided already, use the wide ribbon measuring about 2 and more inches wide then cut out a section measuring one foot in length. You need to fold the cut ribbon flat side down then create a loop with one end. You can do this by holding the middle of the bow down then place them between fingers to secure. It will be easier for you to make a loop this way. The next step to do is to cut out a piece of ribbon measuring 3 inches. You can vary the colors by using a ribbon that is different from the looped ribbon. You need to wrap the cut ribbon around the mid section in the middle of the two loops.
